Base/Root Chakra

The Root/Base Chakra is the first chakra in the physical body. It is the chakra that assist you with grounding and connecting you to the earth. It is located at the base of your spine. The Base chakra is the centre of Vitality
The Base chakra is associated to the following behaviours and functions,
– Grounding
– Security, and Safety
– Physical Identity
– Financial Abundance

Physical symptoms of a blocked base chakra include: lethargic and physically drained, problems in the colon, with the bladder, with elimination, or with lower back, left arm, leg, or feet issues, Inflammation, cramps. In men, prostate problems may occur. Eating disorders may also be a sign of a root chakra imbalance
